Daniel was not implying that Viscera and Evan were working together, instead implying that Evan was a coward.

Then we See him moving away from Daniel's distance in the street.
"Look.....you better keep your eyes...on that suicide chick...."
Then Viscera looks at Minxs in a sexually depraved state then looks back Daniel.

Viscera cuts off his statement and walks off, but someone was curious on he meant, or not.

Daniel slowly turns back around to where Viscera once was.

I sniffed softly and my eyes danced around the street.
"I got hurt. Took a bullet to the shoulder."

Then Viscera turns around slowly to Minxs and Daniel. Then walks up to Daniel and speaks to him..with care.
I have been eyeing your suicide chick friend for a past week.
Then Daniel and Minxs looks at each other in a odd sate and Viscera looks at Minxs.
I wanted to give you a gift...I hope you like it.
Viscera pulls out a purple crusted necklace from a Kay Jewlers box.
I know we...never...ever..have spoken..to one another.
Then everyone in the street where Daniel lives where in stand still to see whats going on.
Will...you..be..my..Gir--...Girlfriend.
Viscera holds the necklace in his fist as he and the neighboorhood waits for a response.

A snarl escaped my throat and I shook, violently. Daniel gripped my hand and tried keeping me calm.
"What did you just say?!"
The man didn't say anything, just stared at me.
"I don't take kindly to being called Suicide Girl. I don't take kindly to being stalked. I hunt...you run..."
Another deep growl filled the streets and several people started turning away. That's one thing I loved about animals...they ran when something higher on the foodchain reared its head.
"Start running...before you become my next meal."
My eyes flashed again and another rolling growl escaped my throat.

And in the midst of all this, suddenly someone tackles Daniel up against the wall of the building, preceding to beat down on him. He uses the wall as a weapon, and smashes Daniel's head against the Lamborghini until he bleeds, and blood pores all over it.
It's Mr. Radio... accompanied by a referee.
He goes for the cover.

Mr. Radio has just won the UFO Champion off of Smoke, after Viscera asked Minxs to be his girlfriend!
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!??
Daniel's now out cold on the pavement, bleeding catastrophically. Mr. Radio and the referee run upstairs to try and find the belt.
