I think it's on par with my other ones, but I've noticed in my past that when I do very well, I'll find a way to fuck up and start my descent into shite.
Let me know what I could've done better. I don't want to start going into old habits, y'know?

It's good, and I like the direction that your taking Oswald. He's becoming a much bigger deal than anyone would have given him credit for even three months ago. So far there is no decent into shite. lol. Just keep writing what YOU want to write and what makes YOU happy. So long as it makes sense (and sometimes even if it doesn't) you'll be fine! lol
