Starting with the show on September 2, I encourage anyone that would like an opportunity for a European title match to enter often. TNA has a Bound for Glory series (I don't watch it, so I only assume they still do it) We have a Fall Madness Series lasting throughout September. For every match you're in, points will be awarded (explained later.) If you compete on Warfare or Shove It, those count also.

At the end of the series, the top 8 will compete in a one night tournament to crown a contender.

Win a title match/Successfully defend a title (UFO excluded): +5 Points
Win a Contenders match (In a tag contenders match, winning fall gets 4, their partner gets 3): +4 Points
Win a Battle Royal/Triple Threat/4 Way: +4 Points
Win a Singles match: +3 Points
Get the Win in a Tag Team match: +3 Points
Win a Tag Team match, but don't get the fall: +2 Points
Win against a No-Show: +1 Point
Lose Any Match: -1 Point
No-Show (w/ alerting me): -1 Point
No-Show (w/o alerting me): -5 Points

BONUS SYSTEM! +2 Points Awarded Weekly For The Following Categories

Make Me Laugh: Who can make me laugh the hardest?
Blue Collar: Are you the hardest working writer this week? (Remember, quality OVER quantity. The person who I view as working the hardest each week gets the bonus.
Best Roleplay: Self-Explanatory.
The Cliffhanger: We're writers. We write stories centered upon our characters. I'm not tooting my own horn, but I'm pretty damn good at leaving cliffhangers from one RP to the next. Who can make me WANT to read their next RP the most?
Best Supporting Cast: Who is Batman without Robin? Who is Spongebob without Patrick? Who is Harvey Specter without Mike Ross and Donna Paulsen? Who is Jason Voorhees without mindless campers? Who has the most interesting side characters this week?
Hot Mic: Who verbally dissected their opponents the best?
The Paul Heyman Guy: That's right. I'll be giving a 'Paul Heyman Bonus' to one random Madness contestant each week. Just because I'm Paul Heyman and I like fucking with everybody on my roster. It's just more fun. I can't help it.

NOTE: These bonuses will be awarded at the end of every Madness show. Keep in mind these bonus points are judgment calls. MY opinion only.

This will last from September 2 through September 30 and as I said, if you appear on another show, it still counts. Appearing on other shows can help you if you're falling behind in points. It can also hurt you.

I may do a series every month, or every other month depending on how well I like it.

After the 9/2 Madness, points standings will be on this post.

Actually, I like that idea. In fact, I'll do you one better. I'm adding a bonus system. Meaning... bonus points will be awarded for various scenarios.

Nice. Maybe hand out one bonus point per show to whoever puts together the most creative sneak attack or story segment.

Maybe some bonus points for the guy who gets SOTM or QOTM.


It would be cool if this works out and it turns into a regular thing. I would definitely reset everyone's points to zero each month though, otherwise it would become a pain to keep up with.

this does have immense possibilities, but could be a ton of work as well. I commend you on thinking outside the box and keeping things fresh!
