Soldier starts to smell the distinct scent of copper and nickel on the tip of his nose. He kicks out by freaking the fuck out in pure joy and excitement. He knows the scent of dat diff from anywhere! The piece of Maverick's C-diff shit falls off Soldier's title as he kicks out and lands in the moving water portion of the sewer. It drifts off away before Soldier can retrieve and swallow it. He gets pissed, still can't get a lucky break when it comes to catchin' da diff.
