OOC - Actually Theo didn't assume anything. He said you shouldn't assume people would understand you randomly went OOC without indicating that's what you were doing.

OOC: Yeah, basically what the hand said. There's a reason the OOC tag exists, and it isn't to make things look cool. That fucking tag is clunky as shit, but it's necessary. Use it, it saves us from a bunch of shit and having to explain it later. And, seeing as you bring up OOC things so much so even in RPs (the constant referring to the "12/7 Rule," a name I even made up as a joke) proves that any fucking thing you say can be IC or OOC, and if there was any one person who needs to abide by this rule, it's you.
