I don't see how editing the video code somehow screwed up the image codes, especially since as I have said already, I have edited many video codes before and never once has it caused any issues with images. Now if you want to continue to assume that I somehow screwed up the image codes as well, well then I can't stop you.

I am not required to notify you of a change that I make when it is done simply to bring something into compliance. Having said that, you are absolutely right that notifying you after the fact would have been helpful and in the future that is something I will do.

That being said it really isn't management's job to make sure people know the rules, they are posted on various parts of the site, we just assume, maybe incorrectly that people have read the rules and will thus abide by them. It's really no different than how it is not a Police Officer's job to make sure people know the law but rather it is their job to make sure people comply with the laws. Again, in your case I assume you didn't know it was a rule to have autoplays at the top of the video which I why I didn't make a big deal of the rule being "broken", instead just made a change to bring the video into compliance and moved on.
