So I have been reading everything on this site. As a newb to this site, I need only one question answered:

So for weekly RPs for booked shows, do I write my posts doing what I want (for the most part)? Secondly, (yes, I lied. two questions but in my defense they are connected) Do I reply to my opponent's posts or just write my own fluff?

Trying to figure out exactly what you're asking but I'll give it a shot.

Ok so rps are.your thing. There are things you can't do, like attack an opponent or I dunno.murder someone else's character but for the most part you do what you want. If you have an idea and a specific idea that you wanna do that you don't think is kosher you can always ask someone.

And I'd say yes to the second one. Some guys here will.occasiobally post a rp that is just back story and that's completely ok. I personally try to always respond to an opponent but that's just my take.

It's probably in your best interest to include match centric stuff as well as your own development stuff.

You can RP about what you want to, almost anything is fair game. But, if you want to win, you should always keep it about the match in some way. You can go off to something else but it should relate back to the match or opponent. Here in XWF, moreso than some feds, they are very keen on addressing opponents and replying somehow based on your own creativity if they "trashed" you in their own RPs. Developing is good, who is the character, from where, why are they how they are, ect. Just never forget a match is a competition. Some guys RP and don't care about winning and just write to write, which is cool, others are all about winning the match. Depends on your aspirations...
