Okay, mini rant here. You and I go back to 2013, and I'll give you credit: You've come a long way from the "Post You!" days, where you spammed the boards to the point where I was actively stressed logging into the boards. I'm glad you've made strides.

However (get out your Tony's Advice Calendar for this), since I've returned, I've been so incredibly disappointed in how you actively hurt XWF shows by opting in and then immediately ditching your character, mid-promo cycle, to randomly start focusing on another. It hurts the shows, and it hurts the people who put their time in to write RPs. Hell, if they know you're not going to write a promo, they'll phone it in because they know it's not worth putting much effort into facing a non-existent opponent.

Do you just not like RP'ing anymore? The one you referenced for War Games barely counts, as you very clearly threw that one in so you could continue writing on the board.

Anyways, if you don't like RP'ing anymore, contribute in some other fashion! Writer, judge, whatever the powers that be agree to, do it! Hell, you clearly enjoy reading other people's work... just be a spectator if that makes the most sense for you!

But don't actively hurt this fed and the people who work hard to contribute by consistently not meeting your commitments. It devalues the show, the matches you're in (and the titles associated with them, if applicable), and each and every character you jumble around.

But you need to step back and consider your priorities. And I don't mean a "Rain-esque break" of a day, where you say you're going to stop writing under a character, and then pop up tomorrow with Kid Kool, or Broken Hart, or Snow, or Rain, or some other character you create. We all get vertigo.

I'll leave it with the way I started: I'm so happy to see you making progress from the "raYne" days of 2013. However, there's a lot of room for growth, and it starts with showing us all the respect of showing up.

Oh... and please don't turn this feedback into shading me with another character like Tony Santiani... It doesn't win favors when it feels like a personal attack.

Tony, the character Tony Santianni is the character I used as Rain’s lover almost since I began role playing 20 years ago. He started off as Tony Spaghetti when I created him on WWF No Mercy, and just like “raYne”, Tony has evolved over the years. I know it sounds very similar, but I didn’t intend it to, I was just trying to give him a more serious edge and since his Brooklynese/Italian, I thought it was the perfect transition. The only reason I killed him off is because now that Rain is with Snow, Rain doesn’t need him anymore. Also, I know ur gay, but I figured everyone from 2013 would notice I am as well. I’ve had feelings for guys ever since I was about 9 or 10, which is why created Rain, who is the flamboyant, seductive, larger than life IC version of who I’ve always wished I could be, but was too afraid to be cuz I live in a small Oklahoman town... it’s difficult to be different here. >.< .... However, after years of being “bi-curious”,... after a couple of days ago, I can now say I’m officially bi-sexual. ^__^ ..... I’ve had this friend named Josh for a few years now, and a couple of days ago i finally tried going out on a limb after some encouragement from my friends... I actually had my first sexual experience with a guy, and it was fantastic-mah-glorious!! XD ...so, long story short, I had no intention of mocking you, but I do apologize... Oh, and BigD? What about all of the racism, sexism, murder, rape, satanism and other things that separate XWF from other feds? It’s kinda odd that I’m the one singled out for doing a storyline like this when this shit is an XWF hallmark, even among world champions and hall of famers.

You took my post about you changing characters and talked about your sexuality. Forget about Vinnie’s criticism for a second. You’re missing the point. I criticized you for your lack of focus, and you’re showing it to be true now.

The incest storyline was... different. But the problem I personally had was how you took a half-assed approach to your promo because you didn’t care to write it. Instead of responding to my critique, you talked about your sexuality. THAT is the problem. You miss the point every time.

Ooc - I'm sorry, there is no way you can compare your incest rp, to the examples that you used. For starters, those elements are usually used to enhance the story. Give it layers, plot points and added drama. Much like what happens when these elements are used in television, movies and books. Yeah, incest has been used that way in those types of media, but there's always that underling understanding of it being totally fucked, as well.

Your story, doesn't offer that understanding up. It doesn't offer anything up. There's no depth or development. It clearly was done quickly and with other intentions backing it. So don't try and even play like you're doing this for the sake of some much needed to tell story. Cause that's not what you're doing and you know that. You are not as naive as you're allowing yourself to seem.

However, if you are truly and honestly, trying to tell some amazing, must be told tale and I've got it all wrong... then please, locate an example of one of your comparisons, done by an active roster member and showcase how your story and their's are similar. Beyond the fact that they both address a taboo topic. This should be easy for you to do too, since you were readily able to give a list of subjects in defense of your rp. You must have some of those precise pieces in mind. Surely at least one.

This is not an "XWF Hallmark." For one thing, Shane was only the owner here from like 2013 until this year. He's the guy who opened up all that stuff and had it as "anything goes," etc. The XWF existed for 14 years prior to that. Shane's a cool guy and an incredibly creative dude who did a lot of good stuff for this fed, I have no issues with him whatsoever and consider him a friend... BUT... his taste is VERY DIFFERENT from most people.

There is a difference between writing about all those topics you mentioned in a literary sense and writing about them just to write about them. Your writing has essentially no artistic merit. It's basically shock porn. This is not "Vinnie's opinion," this is "Vinnie gets 10 pms a week asking why he lets Rain keep doing this shit."

As has already been pointed out several times, you only wrote your War Games RP, that's about ten minutes' worth of effort and barely has anything to do with anything other than two siblings fucking, because I told you that you couldn't do anything else until you did a roleplay. You put more effort into your response to Tony Santos (who isn't gay, you fucking moron) than you put into your RP, which is supposed to be the most important thing you do.

If what you want is a safe place to just write incest fanfic, there are other places for that. Am I saying you're "not allowed" to have that storyline? No. I'm saying literally nobody here wants it and you are never going to have even a modicum of respect or consideration from anyone here with it. Stick to your guns and insist "this is my story and my art" all you want, but it's bullshit. You're writing shit for yourself to jerk off to, and that's not what this is here for. All it does is make other people not want to be here because YOU are, leaving me to weigh the decision on "what's more important - Rain feeling free enough to express his inner sister-fucking self, or a dozen other people that he chases off?"
