OOC UPDATE: We have had some delay but this pay per view will be happening soon. Once we announce the date of the PPV, people will start getting booked in Lethal Lottery tournament matches on both Madness and Warfare. There WILL BE times a Madness person gets booked on Warfare, and vice versa. If the possibility of that happening is a problem, you need to let me know ASAP that you aren't available for Lethal Lottery's tournament or PPV.

ADMIN: A lot of fans have been writing in and asking about the next XWF PAY PER VIEW and I've taken it upon myself to announce the name as well as a few details of that event. I feel privileged as I stand here with my new, sharp look. As some of you may know... I went from being a somewhat hairy man who was always exercising, to being a very tanned and bald man, to what you see now; clean cut and professional just like the man in charge should be. Shane

and the Black Circle mean nothing and control nothing as far as THE ADMINISTRATOR NETWORK is concerned. We control a major portion of this company and... well, the details don't matter.

The PAY PER VIEW is what matters!

And the XWF FAN SEARCH!!!

What's that? The XWF Fan Search is a contest we're holding that will allow ONE very lucky XWF fan to sit right at ringside during the show! With how many fans were writing us and asking about the next event, we figured we'd show our appreciation for all the interest. Stay tuned for a future announcement regarding this contest as well as the winner. Fans can write in starting today and we will announce the winner in one week.

That leaves us with the big announcement! Ladies and gents... the next XWF pay per view will be none other than...

LETHAL LOTTERY 2

This is a weekly tournament that leads INTO the PPV itself to crown the winners. This is a TAG TEAM based tournament in which random partners are assigned to everybody in the entire XWF. The matches will take place on Madness and Warfare throughout the weeks leading up to the PPV.

Week 1, we will reveal the randomly assigned tag teams and brackets so you know who you're teamed with and who you're facing. All of the winning teams move on to week 2.

Week 2, we will randomly assign NEW teams out of the winners from last week. The winners all move on to week 3.

Eventually it will come down to the Lethal Lottery event itself where the FINAL FOUR individuals will be randomly paired into two teams (ooc: revealed a week ahead obviously for RPing) for the FINAL MATCH of the tournament!

Here's where it gets really interesting...

The winning team gets to move forward into the main event of the night, which is a TRIPLE THREAT TAG TEAM MATCH for the XWF TAG TITLES! That's right... three teams facing off! But who?

Well the tag champs obviously will be in the match since they'll be defending, but the other two teams will be comprised of the WINNERS of the tournament and their chosen partners!

You heard right! The winning team gets to split up and PICK their own partners and move into the main event where they will be getting a shot at the tag titles with the partner they chose! So if Peter Gilmour and Peter Lake end up winning the whole tournament, they then get to split up and can each pick the guy (or girl) they want to take into the final match with them!

A fan asks if the tag champs can enter the tournament, and what happens if a tag champion is one of the winners of the tournament itself? Admin looks around nervously and loosens his collar a little bit. He lets out a really, really, really long "uhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm......." and then thinks of a good answer.

I was waiting for somebody to ask that. YES! The champs CAN be in the tournament! They will be randomly teamed with other people just like everybody else will be... but they've got just as much of a chance as anybody else at making it all the way. If a TAG CHAMPION manages to be one of the winners of the tournament then it will turn the main event into a regular tag between two teams; quite a nice reward for the champions to only have to worry about one team in the ring instead of two teams!

A fans asks what happens if both tag champs end up winning the whole tournament together? Admin lets out an exasperated "wha?" under his breath and looks really frustrated. He sighs and looks around as if he's "looking" for the answer.

Well you know... the chances of that, yeah, it's not happening like that. That's impossible. With the random teams and everything, for the tag champs to both individually advance through the tournament and somehow end up on the SAME team in the last match of the tournament and win it all? Naaaaah, no reason to worry about that but I guess if that did happen I'd come out and wrestle the tag champs myself with a partner I choose. How about that?

Admin smiles with a look of relief on his face, knowing that can't happen.

Who will win the LETHAL LOTTERY tournament? Who will move into the main event and challenge for the XWF Tag Team Championships? The date of the PPV will be announced along with the winner of the fan search contest. The Administrator Network thanks you for viewing.

I was going to say that the person who scores the winning pinfall or submission in the final random tag match of the tournament ALSO wins a 24/7 briefcase! Well said. I might as well follow in the footsteps of my son, Sid Feder. He won the entire damn thing last year and still has the briefcase to show for it. Now, when I win this year, I'll have my own briefcase and both Feders will cash in on different champions on the same night to make XWF history. Then, and only then, will this truly be the X-Treme Wrestling Federation.

Remember... this is a tournament that starts on Madness and Warfare and CONCLUDES at the Lethal Lottery PPV. It's not just a 1 day PPV.

During the tournament, there WILL BE times a Madness roster member gets booked on Warfare, and vice versa. If the possibility of that happening is a problem, you need to let me know ASAP that you aren't available for Lethal Lottery's tournament or PPV.

In a few days I will be announcing the list of ALL competitors who are considered to be IN for this tournament. Basically, if you're active you are in unless you specifically told me to leave you out. I'll also be announcing the schedule at that time, and the tournament itself will likely begin about a week or two after the announcement.

So, here's what to expect:

1) In a few days, the full list of names as well as the actual dates that matter.

2) Shortly after that, the first set of randomly assigned teams will be revealed! This is a TAG TEAM tournament in which you are assigned a random partner EVERY round you advance to. Round 1 could see John Black teamed with John Madison for their long awaited reunion! Then, if they won their match, they would each get teamed with different random people for round 2, and so on... and so on...

If anybody wants to volunteer to actually pick the names out of a hat, literally, please let me know ASAP! Last year we had somebody video himself actually picking the names and he posted the videos via Youtube. All you need to do is have a working camera with a mic, some pieces of paper to write the wrestlers' names on, and a lovely smile. :)
