As for being a sacrificial lamb, I understand your point, however I look at it more as being a guineapig because you're the first in a new generation of young democrats. But having said that, I wouldn't run for office if my life depended on it. I studied politics at university and that world just isn't for me either here in the UK or especially not in the states.
